Booking Info

Hello, My name is Barb Gadacz.  I am the manager and booking agent for Classic Country artist Alan Godage and his band “Sundown.”  Alan and the band specialize in music from such Country legends as Charley Pride, Merle Haggard, George Jones, Conway Twitty and Hank Williams Sr. to mention a few.  They also perform some of Alan’s “original” songs as well as music from some of the newer artists like George Strait and Alan Jackson.  They are selective however and do not routinely play every new song that’s on the radio.  Alan Godage & Sundown prefer to deal only in top quality music.
They are very versatile and can play a variety of styles.  They do a great job on country rock, fifties, gospel and even a little old time.  Alan and the band do not work from a “set list”, they prefer to be spontaneous.  Alan is great at reading a crowd and always manages to give everyone what they came for.  Alan is always happy to play requests.  With over 1000 songs in his repertoire he is well equipped to keep any crowd satisfied.  Alan Godage & Sundown has a very loyal following and they often see many of the same people each time they perform.  They keep their shows fresh by working in a number of different songs at each performance.  No two shows are ever alike.
Alan has opened shows for Bobby Bare, Jack Greene, Tanya Tucker, Bill Anderson, Jim Ed Brown and Johnny Rodriguez.  The Sundown Band has backed the great Stonewall Jackson, Jean Shepard and Leona Williams.  Alan has also performed on two Grand Ole Opry sanctioned shows along with Hank Thompson, Del Reeves, Johnny Paycheck, Little Jimmy Dickens and Johnny Russell.
Alan Godage & Sundown are available for any venue where top quality Classic Country Music is desired.  They have worked bars, nightclubs, casinos, ballrooms, barn dances, street dances, music in the park, county fairs, the Minnesota State Fair, rodeos, music theaters, private functions such as weddings, parties, etc. as well as live radio and TV shows.  They have also performed at a number of Country Gospel shows and church fall festivals.  Whatever the venue, Alan and the band are always friendly, courteous, respectful, punctual and most of all professional.
If this sounds like the caliber of entertainment you would be interested in booking at your venue or if you would like further information, please contact me at (320)355-2696so that we can work out the details.  A “live performance” sample CD of Alan Godage & Sundown is available upon request.  I look forward to hearing from you soon and would welcome the opportunity to book this exceptional artist and band into your venue.
Your Friend in Classic Country Music,
Barb Gadacz, Manager, Alan Godage & Sundown
